When using our voice assessment feature:

• Your voice is processed by ElevenLabs for speech-to-text conversion
• Voice recordings are not permanently stored by Anabasis
• Transcribed text is saved as part of your assessment data

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Business Transfers:

Assessment Data:

• We retain your assessment transcripts and results for 5 years from the date of completion
• This allows us to provide historical data if you engage with us for paid services
• After 5 years, data is automatically deleted from our systems

Account Data:

• Information related to paid services is retained as long as your account is active
• After account closure, data is retained for 5 years for legal and business purposes

Marketing Data:

• Email addresses for marketing purposes are retained until you unsubscribe
• Upon unsubscription, your email is flagged as "do not contact" but not deleted (to ensure we don't accidentally re-add you)

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Secure database storage with Supabase
• Access controls limiting who can view your data
• Regular security audits and updates
